He was also awarded as, Most Enterprising CEO, Pathfinder CEO and Real Estate Icon in the year 2012, 2013, 2014 by leading Industry bodies such as CMO, Asia, World CSR, Star Group of Industries & Reality Plus. Recently, he was nominated for Life Time Achievement award for his outstanding contribution to Real Estate Sector.

Building Material Industry expert with deep domain knowledge of over 32 years. He pursued MBA from IIM-A and has extensive experience in building material industry in India. He has held positions of top leadership at leading Indian ceramic companies, as CEO for Cera Sanitary ware India, President at HSIL Ltd, India (Hind ware Brand ) and CEO of RAK Ceramics India. The other building material companies he worked for are Asian Paints and Shalimar Paints. He has worked with builders across the country and has first hand knowledge of problems faced by them as also what they want from domain experts. He is also founder of India’s first B2B e-commerce portal for builders – www.bmatpro.com

Ajay is seasoned Finance Professional with overall 20 years of corporate experience with 10 years in Real Estate & Infrastructure sector at Middle & Senior Management level. Ajay is CA, CS and ICWA. He has worked with reputed companies like National Stock Exchange, NSEit, Usha Martin Group - Real Estate & RopeWay, Wadhwa Group - Real Estate and Kalpataru Group- Real Estate.
His knowledge & experience will help our clients in bringing financial discipline,budgeting, taxation along with benifits available to real estate & Infrastructure under various section of IT act , assistance in preparation of JV/JD agreement & IM for raising fund, auditing , other financial aspects , and Statutory compliance etc.

Nilima is B.Arch. from NIT, Bhopal with more than 20 years of experience in development of concept, Master Planning & detail designing for Residential, commercial, Institutional & Urban Development projects across India.
She has worked with renowned Master Planner & Architects Balkrishna V Doshi and was associated with major projects across country.
She is working under overall guidance of founders and our Associates to understand the existing product mix and suggest new Design & development considering marketability, local demand, environment and best utilisation of spaces & selection of building materials to optimise cost.
She has been associated with Rebuild since inception.

Prajakta, a young & dynamic professional with B. Arch and Post Graduate Diploma in Management ( PGDM) in Event, Media & Entertainment from Prin L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research , Mumbai.
She has worked with Milestone Brandcom Private Limited (Dentsu- Aegis Group Company) and worked for many national & international clients for developing advertising & branding strategy. She has also successfully done ATL campaigning & events for large corporate & MNC in Mumbai & Pune. Her experience in this space will help our clients to develop strategy for branding and conduct events to increase visibility. She is working under overall guidance of Founders.

More than 12 years of experience in Real Estate & Infrastructure sector, managing Office Administration, Providing support for marketing functions to board of directors, co-ordinating with PR agencies, TV & Print Media, Industry Bodies Like FICCI, CII, CREDAI, MCHI etc. Assisting in organising events, customer meets & Exhibitions. She has worked with Reliance Group, Usha Martin Group, Kalpataru Group and Empire Group. Her experience will help our clients to promote in the Industry Bodies & PR activities.
